Mr. Narendra N. Karvir
The story of Narendra Engineering Works began with the humble yet determined vision of Mr. Narendra N. Karvir, who started a small manufacturing unit in Dahisar, Mumbai. With limited resources but unlimited dedication, he began by producing a range of diverse sheet metal components, quickly earning a reputation for precision and dependability.
Driven by curiosity and a passion for engineering, he later expanded the company’s capabilities into the manufacturing and assembly of Centrifugal Blowers, marking the foundation of the company’s entry into the HVAC sector.
One of his greatest strengths lies in his exceptional expertise in die making and the development of complex sheet metal tools — a skill honed over decades of hands-on experience, innovation, and problem-solving. His ability to translate technical challenges into practical engineering solutions set the foundation for the company’s quality-focused culture.

Carrying forward the legacy with fresh ideas and a progressive mindset, Mr. Chaitanya N. Karvir represents the next generation of leadership at Narendra Engineering Works.
After completing his Master’s in Business Analytics from Australia, Chaitanya returned to India with a global perspective and a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making, market analysis, and modern business strategies. Recognizing the vast scope and growth potential of the HVAC industry, he saw a clear path to elevate his family’s legacy and build a globally respected name in air movement technology.
Upon entering the business, Chaitanya played a pivotal role in product innovation and expansion. He developed an entirely new range of Axial Fans tailored to industry needs and significantly expanded the existing range of Centrifugal Blowers, strengthening the company’s presence in the HVAC and Refrigeration sectors.
With a vision to scale operations and diversify manufacturing capabilities, Chaitanya also founded Blue Accent Pvt. Ltd., a sister company with a dedicated manufacturing unit in Umbergaon, Gujarat. This facility serves as an extension of the same product range, enabling higher production capacity, improved delivery timelines, and a stronger foothold in emerging markets.
